
Pakistan is home to 5.4 million Christians, only 1.8% of the population. Most live together in small communities that are vulnerable to persecution and attack. Pakistan is consistently ranked by Open Doors as one of the top 10 most dangerous countries for Christians.

One of All The Earth’s ministry partners, a local pastor whose own sister was abducted in 2014 has continued to shine the light of Christ in one of the darkest places, the brick factories.
These factories trap Christians in debt slavery. Owners offer loans, then charge impossible interest, forcing entire families, even children into lifelong labor. Abuse and exploitation are common.
“They treat the slaves like animals.” This pastor told us in a recent report. He went on in this report to explain “lots of owners and their friends, when they see the beautiful slave girls, they rape them. Some of these beasts have raped little children.”
They are living in the worst conditions; drinking dirty water and forced to use the bathroom outside on the outskirts of the factory.
This pastor ministers to 30 different brick factories.
